Dose:
Liquid: Shake well. Take 20-40 drops in juice or water before meals, 3 times a day, 6 days a week.
Capsules: Take 1-2 capsules with meals, 3 times a day 6 days a week.
Note:
Not to be used during pregnancy insomnia, dizziness, heart palpitations, excessive urination, nausea and constipation. Caffeine within Green Tea is capable of producing the adrenal/thyroid/metabolic "fight or flight" syndrome.
