Black haw has been used to ease the symptoms of menopause and menstrual discomfort. It has also been used for false labor pains and in threatened miscarriage along with being used to lower blood pressure in hypertension and as an anti-spasmodic to assist during asthma.
Dose:
Liquids: Shake well. Take 20-40 drops in juice or water, 3 times a day, 6 days a week.
