Contains:
Certified Organic/Wildcrafted Balm of Gilead buds, Elder flowers, Goldenseal root, Hyssop herb, Lungwort herb, Mullein leaves & flowers, Osha root, Pleurisy root, Prickly Ash bark, Red root, Usnea lichen (not in our capsule), Wild Cherry bark.

Uses:
Relieves distress caused from respiratory ailments such as bronchitis, pneumonia, croup, tuberculosis, emphysema, asthma, etc. Useful in calming and soothing the irritated mucosal surfaces. Acts as a wonderful expectorant.

Dose:
Liquid: Shake well. Take 30-40 drops with juice or water between meals up to 3 times a day, 6 days a week.

Capsules: Take 1-2 capsules with meals 3 times a day, 6 days a week.

Take for 1 to 2 weeks after symptoms stop.

Note:
If pregnant, consult physician. It is suggested that our Virus Spray (Four Thieves), be inhaled also as described on its label.
